Learn to create a whimsical dragonfly out of a pop-can! Plus other interesting bits. These delightful little up-cycled dragonflies are fun to make and can easily be turned into a pin or fridge magnet for a unique little piece of art for your self or as a gift. Instructions and Basic materials will be provided
